I am a native of Atlanta, GA and a teacher of art. Serigraphy is a passion of mine, and I have been using serigraphy techniques for many years. In my works, I also use silkscreen techniques. Intaglio printmaking and serigraphy are related forms of print art. I also enjoy some sculpture, and sometimes use concrete or bronze. Serigraphy and Intaglio printmaking appeal to me on many levels, especially the delicate nature of the finished product. I also enjoy the technique and craft. While serigraphy and silkscreen form a bulk of my work, I also use other media, such as oils or acrylics. I enjoy using concrete sculpture, too. Serigraphy also has other names, such as screen printing. Intaglio printmaking involves etching the surface and leaving small incisions.
I love art and I am inspired by other artists. I am still trying to find out what art is, and what it can be. I hope you will enjoy my works of silkscreen and serigraphy.
